For purchases made directly from ORIJIN BOXING's official website, we will gladly take your orders back for a full refund within 15 days of the original shipment date as long as the items are unused, unwashed, in the original condition.
Please contact us by email with a brief description of the reason for your return before sending the package back.
Please be advised that it is the customers' responsibility to double check their order before finalizing it (colour, size, quantity, and etc.).
If alterations need to be made to the order after it is processed and shipped, the customer shall be responsible for the expenses related to the shippings and custom clearances in case of an exchange or reimbursement. Shipping fees are not refundable in this case.
